Robots that service customers are proposed, but how do these actually get into human society? As a collaborative research between researchers in humanities and science and engineering scientists, I studied the world’s first robot hotel in Nagasaki “a weird hotel”. As a result, it was found that automation is promoted by task division, worker load is reduced by the robot standing on the brunt.
